Creative design is my craft that I use to enhance my life, as well as the lives of my family, friends, and community. I am a hardworking individual with the determination to discover creative ideas and solve complex problems.

I bought and used my first camera at a young age of sixteen. I spent the next several years learning everything possible about photography. Simultaneously, while learning, I was able to discover my talents using Adobe applications. My work has evolved from simple point and shoot and poorly edited pictures to a more professional and unique design vision. This creative side of me utilizes my graphic design skills by way of capturing images through photography. In this realm, I am have fostered my talents in photo editing and graphic design with Photoshop. The capturing of nostalgic images drives my goal to expand on my art by sparking a nostalgic emotion within the viewer of my images.

Although I had a passion for photography I never planned for it to be my career. While in high school, trying to find the best college and major I would be happy with, I found that I loved trying to understand people’s behaviors. Soon discovering my interest for Psychology, I enrolled at the University of Maryland. I gained a solid foundation in interpersonal awareness and further strengthened my communication skills by understanding a broad variety of theories. After becoming a member of Psi Chi and graduating with honors, I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. It was during my undergrad college course work when I realized that I had found my career in human resource. From then on, I was working towards my Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the Catholic University of America with the goal of expanding my knowledge and education in the field.

Drawn to the human resources industry, my current role as Human Resources Specialist for Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP speaks to my passion for the industry. My main areas of interest in the HR discipline are Organizational Development, Staffing, Technology, and Employee Relations. I am continuously seeking to improve my skills by taking a variety of different projects. However, I have managed to strategically blend both my corporate and creative sides, as evident through my complementary connection to photography.

Within the years of experience that I have gained, I have worked in different settings and worked with many different people which has given me a vast range of experience and skills that I value. I am a self-motivated experienced talent in the industry and will remain appraised with the latest practices and technologies within my field. With such an approach, I will have the capability to form fresh and innovative ideas for future clients, employers, and projects.
